Service provider session - Artificial Intelligence in Finance: Innovation, Oversight and Opportunity

The Digital Forum's next session will explore the role of AI in Guernsey’s financial services sector. This follows a recent internal review which highlighted growing interest in AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, strengthen risk management and deliver better service to clients and customers.

Two sessions will be held:

• Industry Roundtable – for regulated and registered financial services firms in Guernsey.
• Service Providers Roundtable – for technology specialists, IT professionals, cybersecurity consultants and other providers working with AI solutions

This session at 2pm is for Service Providers. 

Through this roundtable, we aim to:

• Understand how firms are approaching AI;
• Identify barriers to adoption;
• Encourage dialogue and knowledge-sharing across the industry.

Attendees are invited to share examples of AI use cases—whether current, planned, or exploratory—to help shape a forward-looking discussion.
