Digital Forum: Insurance

The Digital Forum’s next roundtable will focus on digital finance in the insurance sector and will take place from 2pm to 4pm on 3 March 2026 at the Commission’s Regency Court offices. This event builds on previous roundtables supporting the Commission’s Digital Finance Initiative and follows the publication of the Consultation Paper on Supporting Growth with Digital Finance, launched in December 2025. 

Key discussion themes for the March roundtable will include:

• How are insurers using and / or considering using digital technology and digital assets?

• Identifying barriers to adoption, including a discussion on whether proposals in the Commission’s Consultation Paper sufficiently address regulatory challenges?

The Commission invites representatives from Guernsey’s insurance sector, as well as stakeholders with relevant expertise or insurance interest (including, but not limited to, licensed life and general insurers, managers, intermediaries, actuaries, and other service providers), to join us for the in-person roundtable.

The roundtable will be held under Chatham House Rules to encourage open and constructive dialogue.
